Rich Stanbaugh is President and Chief Executive Officer of ANX. Rich joined ANX in 2000 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Since that time he has served as the President and CEO of ANX Asia Pacific Corporation and as Vice President of Operations for ANX Corporation. Prior to this, Rich served as Global Technology Manager for information technology operations at Visteon Corporation, a leading supplier of automotive technology systems, where he was responsible for deploying enterprise resource planning applications in North America and Europe.

Prior to his employment at Visteon, Rich held leadership positions in Process Reengineering and Computer Integrated Engineering & Manufacturing at Ford Motor Company, and has over 12 years of experience in engineering and the design and deployment of enterprise information systems. Rich holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana Illinois.

Mike Mahoney joined ANX in 2007 as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mike has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of financial positions, ranging from treasury, chief accounting officer, financial analysis and credit analysis. Prior to joining ANX, Mike was Executive Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer for LDMI Telecommunications for almost 10 years, where he was responsible for all financial and administrative functions and investor relations. Throughout his career, Mike has held positions of increasing responsibility in the finance discipline for such companies as Comshare, Inc., Ford Motor Company and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in political economics from Williams College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Abdallah F. Shanti joined ANX in 2010 as the company's Chief Technology Officer. Abdallah brings more than 25 years of executive and technology management experience across the automotive, aerospace and manufacturing industries. Prior to ANX, Mr. Shanti served as VP and CIO at Dana Holding Corporation. While at Dana, he was responsible for developing global IT strategy and organization to support the business restructuring process. For nearly 10 years prior, he was VP, Information Technology, Electronic Product Integration & CIO at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) where he worked on the development and execution of AAM's Global IT strategy. His experience also includes VP of Global Technology at Lucas-Varity managing their global IT operation, infrastructure, architecture and services.

Abdallah holds two graduate degrees, an M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Oakland University and an M.S. in IT with emphasis on Manufacturing Process Automation from Illinois State University.

Mark Wayne joined ANX as the Vice President of Sales in March 2008. Mark most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cavalier Telephone. He joined Cavalier as a product of the Talk America acquisition where he also served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mark joined Talk America as part of the merger with LDMI where he spent four years in executive management. Prior to joining LDMI, Mark served as President and Chief Operating Officer of BullsEye Telecom. Mark spent the first 13 years of his career in the Bell System, including stints at Bell Labs and Ameritech. Mark earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

James Koessler joined ANX in 2009 as the company's Vice President and General Counsel. James has over 25 years of corporate legal counsel experience spanning several industry sectors including information technology, marketing, energy, and automotive. Prior to joining ANX, James was an Assistant General Counsel at Robert Bosch LLC, where he was responsible for advising on commercial terms with Bosch's automotive customers, and acted as general counsel for Bosch's Security Systems subsidiary. Throughout his career, James has acted as in-house legal counsel for such companies as Equifax Inc., R. L. Polk & Co., and Consumers Energy. James is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and a master's degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.

Kevin Pierce joined ANX in 2007 as Vice President and General Manager of all business operations for its Transaction Delivery Services business, located in Research Triangle Park, N.C. Prior to joining ANX, Kevin held a series of positions of increasing responsibility at Global Exchange Services/General Electric Corp., including global business development, analysis and execution of merger and acquisition opportunities and the development of joint venture and strategic partnerships. Kevin also has more than 10 years of professional sales and sales management experience, and he holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, a master's degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, and he also studied at Oxford University in the United Kingdom specializing in the European business program.

Ketan Patel joined ANX as Director of Operations in July 2008. Ketan is responsible for customer operations including Help Desk and Service Delivery. Prior to joining ANX, Ketan has more than 18 years experience in diverse operational areas including CAD and Product Lifecycle Management, Project Management and people management. Most recently, Ketan served as Consulting Services Manager for Siemens PLM Software where he managed 40+ implementation engineers, consultants and solution architects providing consulting services on the PLM and CAD product suite. He holds a bachelors degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Maharajo Sayajirao University in India and a master's degree of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Glenn Moore joined ANX as Director of Marketing in August 2008. Glenn is responsible for product and channel marketing. Prior to joining ANX, Glenn has more than 20 years of experience in business-to-business marketing and sales including: strategic product planning, product development, marketing communications, sales force automation, direct sales management and sales administration. Glenn served as Vice President of Commercial Marketing at LDMI/Talk America and Marketing Director at Cavalier Telephone. Prior to joining LDMI in 2000, Glenn managed various sales and marketing business units at MCI Telecommunications for 15 years. Glenn holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Telecommunications both from Michigan State University.

Dennis Piche joined ANX in 2000 and is the company's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Dennis is responsible for establishing and maintaining ANX's vision, strategy and programs to ensure that client and internal information assets are adequately protected. Prior to assuming this role, Dennis was responsible for engineering strategy and operations at ANX. Dennis has more than 16 years of leadership experience in numerous information security disciplines. Prior to joining ANX, Dennis held systems analyst and project leadership positions at Ford Motor Company and EDS. Dennis holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada and is completing his Master's degree in Information Systems from Lawrence Technological University.
