Important Mac OSX Bulletin
PositivePro WebTop remote access is a convenient and secure method to access information and applications in your environment. If you are using any Apple Mac device (such as MacBook or iMac), you must use the Google Chrome browser running the Java 6 plugin from Oracle.
We recommend you do not install the latest Java 7 plugin because it will prevent Mac WebTop from working properly.
If you have already installed Java 7, you should follow the procedure outlined in Apple Support bulletin HT5559 (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5559) to re-enable Java 6 functions.
Windows 8 Bulletin
ANX’s PositivePro VPN solution is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10 using either the PositivePro VPN client or WebTop browser access method.
