Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ)
PCI compliance mandates that all merchants complete an annual Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). ANX makes this complex process simple and efficient. Our solution provides an easy to navigate web SAQ wizard that guides you through every step of the process. Help screens explain in simple language what is required and how to meet each requirement.
Remediation Tracking
Most merchants identify shortcomings from the Self-Assessment or Vulnerability scan. Our solution enables you to record the remediation task and set up email reminders to manage the task to completion.
Vulnerability Scan
PCI compliance mandates that all merchants complete a quarterly vulnerability scan. Our solution provides four Vulnerability Scans per year from an Authorized Scan Vendor. Scans are managed on the common PCI tools customer portal.
Employee PCI Training
One of the most difficult PCI compliance requirements is employee training. Three levels of training are required (risk owner, IT manager, and all employees that handle credit cards). Our solution provides a simple, web based training system to administer PCI training and prove compliance with web based reporting. On demand web training is much more affordable than classroom training.
Reporting
Your acquiring bank and/or processor will typically ask for two reports: a Self-Assessment submitted annually and a quarterly Vulnerability scan. Our solution allows you to easily generate and submit both types of reports.
Written Security Policy
PCI compliance requires that merchants maintain a written security policy. Our solution provides time saving security policy templates. Just fill in the blanks with company specific information and your written security policy is completed.
