OfficeScreen Complete includes the following security services:

• Gateway Anti-Virus installed on the firewall which provides another layer of defense against computer viruses. Scanned protocols include SMTP, POP3, Webmail, FTP, IMAP and HTTP. Over 480,000 virus signatures are updated hourly with new virus responsiveness averaging 30 minutes.
• Gateway Anti-Spam installed on the firewall which filters out unwanted and unsafe email spam before messages are delivered to the company email server. Types of spam covered include Zombies, open proxies and suspect spam. The anti-spam list is updated twice per hour based on new spam sources found through inspection of approximately 20-25% of all global email traffic.
• Intrusion Detection Service (IDS) through deep packet inspection of all Internet traffic that passes through the firewall. Inspection plus rule based actions provides another layer of defense against intrusion attacks.
• PhoneFactor greatly reduces the risk of breaches caused by username and password theft. With PhoneFactor, authorized users are required to answer their mobile phone when trying to remotely access company information. If a cyber criminal steals the user name and password, they still won't be able to log into the system unless they also obtain the end user's mobile phone and mobile PIN number.
